We’re looking for a dynamic team member to handle administrative tasks across our company. We need someone who is the face of our company, representing the office as an administrative point of contact for clients, employees, and contractors. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of administrative, clerical and office support, as needed to team members and leaders of all departments by managing travel, calendars, expense reports, conference calls, meetings and correspondence
  • Communicate effectively with various teams
  • Answer and direct phone calls and interface with clients and suppliers
  • Create and modify professional documents and presentations in multiple formats, such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word, that can be distributed to both internal and external audiences
  • Apply branding and correspondence guidance to format/edit letters, reports, and correspondence from draft to client-ready stage
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as photocopying, preparing packages to be shipped, ordering office equipment and supplies
  • Compile and analyze data for special projects, and prepare related reports as needed
  • Assist with developing, coordinating and recommending changes for the improvement of workflow and systems/processes
  • Assist with Human Resources functions, coordinating interviews, onboarding new employees, sick and vacation allotments, filing, data-entry, research laws and best practices
  • Responsible for using discretion when handling confidential information
  • Runs errands as requested by multiple departments

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in an office setting
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Maintain a strong initiative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with computer skills to include Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent mathematical, written, and oral skills
  • Problem solver with a positive attitude
  • Able to thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be people-oriented with excellent social and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong aptitude for research skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of common office operation procedures and equipment


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Post secondary degree a plus
