The primary role of the Service Technician is to troubleshoot, repair, and service HVAC and related equipment and systems in Data Centers.
In this role, you’ll help us build out our core software platform. You’ll also work closely with other engineers to define stories, assess scope and technical concerns as well as advocate for best practices that improve software quality.
IT Support Specialists are the first point of contact for internal technical support. This position will entail working directly with all levels of the company.
