Our customer list includes three of the top five data center owners / operators in the world. The Company’s headquarters are in Dallas, TX, with offices in Amersfoort, Netherlands; Streetsboro, Ohio; Toronto, Ontario; Johannesburg, South Africa and Tianjin, China.

We are seeking a Senior Financial Operations Analyst to develop and enhance our financial models for forecasting, products and services pricing, reporting and financial analysis.  The ideal candidate needs to be very comfortable with numbers and analysis, and is passionate about utilizing technology to produce data and business insights for the purposes of making operational planning decisions across the organization.  This position requires interaction with senior management in all of our office worldwide.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop modeling, forecasting, and other analytical tools to improve planning and decision-making approaches across the organization
  • Prepare and distribute management report packages including variances, trends, benchmarks, and goals
  • Use technology solutions and tools to create systems & dashboards that enable teams to have appropriate visibility to financial and operational data
  • Prepare analyses incorporating external benchmarks, market/competitor data, and potential M&A or new business development opportunities to guide business decisions
  • Day-to-day interaction with divisional business leaders including President and VP level executives
  • Perform deep-dive analytics to provide insight for changes in core business drivers
  • Create modeling and provide analysis for strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain responsibility for performance and metric reporting

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work experience in a related role
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Ability to work in an environment with shifting priorities
  • Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Limited travel requirement for visits to Company offices, training, and conferences
  • Microsoft Excel expert user to include building complex models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write/edit VBA and or SQL preferred
  • Creative problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and work independently


  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field, such as Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or Data Science related field is preferred
